Tormach CNC Mill

Extensive experience on Tormach 770M CNC mill for electric racing. Machined key steel and aluminum components through 3+ operations on the CNC. Comfortable with DFM for CNC, tolerance stackup, datum placement, advanced tooling for tolerance control and reduced machine time. Knowledgeable of workholding techniques: mitee bites, soft jaws, ID expansion, and dowel board.

Boss Laser Cutter

Used for my robotics experiences to create custom profiles out of Delrin to allow for a rapid manufacturing process to go from CAD to part in a short time compared to traditional CNC milling techniques.

Additive Manufacturing

Adept in FDM and SLA techniques. Experienced in tuning profiles for optimized material use, print time, print quality, tolerances, and multi-material printing. Experienced in Cura, PrusaSlicer, and SuperSlicer.
